Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
2. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a full refund.
3. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase and would like to return it, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, and you will be responsible for return and shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.
Refund Process
To initiate a return and refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item securely and include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.
3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
4. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund within 3-7 working days of receiving the return

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore
